Terms of Service
This is a translation. In case of any divergence, the Portuguese version prevails.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the console at sofik.ai, you accept these terms on behalf of the company you represent.
2. The service
Sofik provides a console for creating and operating AI agents that use applications connected by the company. The service may change; we will announce relevant changes.
3. Account and company
The manager administers the company, invites people and sets roles. Each person is responsible for the credentials and the use of their own account.
4. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the service for illegal activities, spam, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized access to systems, or to circumvent the security limits of the console or of the connected apps. Agents perform actions in the connected apps on behalf of the company; the company is responsible for what it authorizes.
5. Connected apps and providers
The use of Gmail, GitHub, WhatsApp, Stripe and the model providers is subject to the terms of those services. The company is responsible for having the right to connect the accounts it connects.
6. Plans and payment
There is a free plan and paid plans (Team and Business) billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellation at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Prices and limits are shown in the console.
7. Content and ownership
The company's content belongs to the company. Sofik receives the license necessary to provide the service. The software, the brand and the console belong to Sofik.
8. AI and liability
Agents can make mistakes. The company reviews important decisions and defines what the agents may do on their own. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of results; Sofik's liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months, except where the law does not allow it.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts for violation of these terms or for security risk, giving notice when possible. The company may close its account in Settings; the data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Brazilian law; the courts of the consumer's place of domicile where applicable, or those of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, in all other cases.
